Who we are

LSK Landscapes Ltd trades as LSK Landscapes, including through this artificial grass site, registered in Scotland, company number SC888913, registered office 47 Kyle Street, Ayr, United Kingdom, KA7 1RS.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, LSK Landscapes Ltd is the data controller responsible for any personal information you share with us here.

What we collect

We only collect what we need. Depending on how you use this site, that may include:

• Your name, phone number, email address and postcode, when you request a call back through our "Arrange a Visit" form
• The garden dimensions and areas you enter into our instant quote calculator, and the estimated price this generates
• Any notes you add to your call-back request
• Correspondence between us, if you get in touch by phone or email

The instant quote calculator itself doesn't need any personal details to work — nothing is saved unless you go on to request a call back.

We don't collect sensitive personal data and don't take payment card details through this site.

How we use your information

• Getting back to you — responding to your call-back request
• Preparing an accurate quote — and arranging a site survey
• Delivering the work — scheduling, installation and aftercare, if you go ahead
• Marketing — sending you offers, tips and updates by email or phone, where you've ticked the box to opt in
• Meeting legal obligations — including financial record-keeping

Our lawful basis is primarily legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, running the business) and contract performance where we've agreed to carry out work for you. We only send marketing messages with your consent, given by ticking the marketing box on our call-back form — you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

Where it's stored and shared

We don't sell your data. When you request a call back, your details are saved in two places:

• Our central operations system, shared with our main lsklandscapes.co.uk site, which our team uses to manage enquiries and jobs
• A backup copy held on this site's own hosting account, used only if the connection to our main system is temporarily unavailable

We also share data with our accounting software (for invoicing), our website hosts (to keep the site running), professional advisors, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

How long we keep your information

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it
• Restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — at any time where consent is our basis for processing

To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 08. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

Our admin area sets one strictly necessary session cookie so staff can log in securely — it doesn't track visitors and isn't used for marketing, so no cookie consent is required for it.

We don't currently use cookies for analytics or advertising, but plan to add Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to this site soon, to help us understand visitor behaviour and measure our advertising. Once live, we'll ask for your consent before setting either — in line with UK cookie law — and update this section to describe exactly what they collect and how to opt out.
